 Why did you sign up to a CSA?
To ensure we know exactly where the meat comes from, which reduces the carbon footprint of the production and delivery of the food. As a result, the meat is better quality and superior taste.

What do you love about being a CSA member?
Helping support a family run farm produce food for the community in a sustainable and ethical manner.

What's one thing you've learnt since signing up to a CSA?
The sustainable farming techniques that are employed at Echo Valley and how they help improve the environment and the life of the animals.

What is your highlight from being a member of a CSA?
Visiting the Echo Valley farm and seeing the farming techniques in practice.
